I recently ordered an IWB holster from this company. The holster works very well for me. The build quality is excellent and I was able to dial in the retention I wanted in order to appendix carry.
This review is more about customer service. I messaged the company shortly after ordering the holster wondering about the shipping status. The owner got right back to me, apologizing for a shipping error. The company sent a second holster. I wound up receiving the first holster that was sent out as well. Apparently the delivery folks misplaced the holster and shipped it later.
I was extremely impressed with the honesty of the owner and the prompt shipping of a second holster. Unbelievable customer service and veteran owned to boot!

I normally don't bother writing reviews, but I saw the bad “posi-click” review and felt compelled to post a legitimate review to try and balance things out.
These holsters are great. If you've explored the website, you likely already know the features, but to recap; They are made of the more durable boltaron, they have a very high sweat guard, they actually cover the mag release (unlike many other brands), all the edges are rounded, and they even have an adjustable cant. Really, they have everything you could want or need in an all kydex (boltaron) holster.
This is my go-to holster for when I'm running errands. It's fast and easy to clip on and off, but also stays very secure and in place on my belt. It's perfect for when you're making a quick run to the store, or even for all-day carry (though I admit I do use a custom made all-leather holster for when I'm carrying all day). I highly recommend getting one of these, even if you don't use it all the time, it's definitly worth having.

A previous reviewer said, The retention works so well that it needs to be adjusted but it doesn't make a clicking sound so I'm leaving a bad review. That makes absolutely zero sense. These are excellent holsters. 5 stars all the way!

Audible retention lock system is non-functional. This is the main reason I chose this holster, thus the less than stellar review.
It will require adjustment, as it is very difficult to pull the pistol out of the holster as it arrived.
