WARRANTY, LIMITATIONS, & DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty: CYA Supply, Inc. (“CYA”) goods are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product(s). CYA agrees to correct, by repair or replacement with a new or comparable model, a qualifying product without charge, if returned to CYA. Parts used for replacement are warranted hereunder for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty does not apply to the normal wear and tear of any parts or surface finish of any materials used in the product. This warranty does not cover defects in products that have been modified or altered from their original state. This warranty does not cover defects in products that have been repaired outside of CYA’s facilities. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from the physical abuse to, or misuse of, the product or its operation in a manner contrary to the included instructions, including, but not limited to, failure to properly maintain the product. This warranty does not cover repairs related to reasonable use, corrosion, or damage/loss suffered during return shipment. This warranty is null and void if the product has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), used in a manner not consistent with the instructions, used with a firearm that it is not designed to be used with or compatible with, or if unauthorized repair or alteration has been done to the product, including of a cosmetic nature.

 

CYA reserves the right to inspect the product before making replacements or repairs covered by this warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty grants specific legal rights to the original retail purchaser only and is not transferrable. Other rights may apply and vary from state to state.

Under no circumstances shall CYA be held liable for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury or property damage resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty; this limitation does not apply to states that disallow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages. The user assumes all

risks as to the performance of the product. If the product is purchased for a specific use, the user and not CYA, is solely responsible for the determination of the fitness or suitability of the product for such use. Return Policy (30-day guarantee): Thanks for choosing CYA, we appreciate your purchase. We want to make sure that you are confident in your purchases by providing clear guidelines on our return policy.

 

We offer a thirty (30) day (from the date of purchase), no questions asked, return policy on undamaged and unaltered products only. Returns are not accepted past this time. For items that have been used and have damage or alterations, please see the CYA Warranty terms. All returns must include the original order confirmation and invoice (if one was provided), along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact email, and Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. You must contact CYA by email or phone at support@cyasupply.com, 1 (833) 685-8268 to obtain this number prior to the expiration of the 30-day return term. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Returns may take two (2) weeks or more to fully process. Shipping charges and costs are your responsibility and not subject to refund. Products that are not subject to this return policy are those sold “as is”, “damaged” or “altered” as determined in the sole discretion of CYA, or where it is otherwise stated that the product is not subject to this return policy at the time of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

HOLSTERS WARNING(S) & NOTICE(S): You are responsible for reading and understanding all instructions contained with the holster to ensure proper use. Improper or careless use of firearm or holster containing a firearm may result in serious injury or death. You should first seek formal training before utilizing this or any holster with a loaded firearm. Always be sure to keep your finger straight and away from the trigger area of the firearm when drawing from the holster. Always be sure to keep your holster away from

extreme temperature sources such as a hot firearm, space heaters, cooking surfaces, freezers, or other heating or freezing sources. Do not leave your holster in a vehicle during hot weather.

 

Most CYA holsters are designed and constructed to fit standard factory equipped guns only. Unless you have purchased a holster designed to fit firearm accessories, additions, and alterations, such as trigger shoes, lights, laser sights, extended slide releases, after market optics, or any other alteration to the firearm to be used with the holster may render the holster unsafe and increase the risk of accidental discharge. At no time should a firearm other than the make and model of gun for which the holster is made be used with a CYA holster. It is the user’s responsibility throughout the serviceable life of the holster to personally check for proper fit and retention, ensuring all hardware is tightened and properly fit. This should be done prior to each use. If at any time you determine that the holster has become worn, loose, or ill-fitting to the appropriate firearm, cease use immediately.

 

The use of a CYA holster is done solely at the risk of the user. If you have purchased a holster from CYA, the holster is designed to be worn with a belt designed for carrying a firearm. Always wear a belt designed for use to carry a holstered firearm and ensure that your holster is properly seated on the belt. Always first check proper fit with the proper handgun in an unloaded and clear condition prior to using the holster. Never practice drawing or holstering your firearm with a loaded weapon.

 

Holsters inherently cause friction on the firearm. As a result, the finish on your firearm may wear over time. CYA is not responsible for wear to the finish of your firearm.
