I received the wrong hand orientation

From time to time this does happen, but sometimes customers mistake our IWB holsters for OWB holsters. These holsters are meant to be worn outside the waistband. If your holster is not the correct hand orientation because you are wearing it outside of your pants, you have ordered the wrong type of holster. We currently only sell IWB holsters. We do not recommend that you use an IWB holster to carry OWB.

If you are still having an issue with the hand orientation of your holster we will gladly exchange it for you. Send us an email at support@cyasupply.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the holster in the email.
