RETURNS & REFUNDS

CYA Supply Co. has a 30-day return policy from the date the order was placed. After receiving your holster and/or other products, if for any reason you want to return it within the 30-day return period, please visit our Return Portal to process your request. Please include your order number and contact details. Our Customer Service team will review the request and contact you with return information. You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the 30-day period is over, all return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at [email protected] regarding your return request and our Customer Service team will review your request to determine whether your return request will be accepted.

Refund processing can take up to 7-14 business days, but we will do our best to expedite this process. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.
