Holster Hardware Replacement Repair Kit

I bought the base IWB holster and absolutely love it. It is so comfortable that I don't even think about it which is what a conceal carry should be like - normal every day life with no discomfort until you need it. However, one of the screws to the clip came undone recently and the female post was missing. I ordered a hardware replacement set which arrived quickly so it shows the company does a great job. My only complain is that the hardware came loose….i have been wearing the holster for a couple years and one could argue that it was my job to maintain my equipment with preventative maintenance…agree…but i also believe there is tech out there to prevent this, nylon locking nuts, company using loctite, or a rivet type of mechanism. Having said that, I continue to tout this company for a superior product in terms of comfort, concealability and retention and will never buy from another company unless CYA is no longer, but maybe this review will lead to some minor improvements!
