Our Path IWB holster for the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro was designed to allow for maximum adjustability in ride height and cant without sacrificing functionality.

For this purpose, we designed our Patent Pending adjustable concealment claw to allow the Patent Pending easy-on claw pad to adjust up and down to stay in contact with the belt in a variety of different ride height and cant orientations.

We included all the premium features for a modern concealed carry platform to give you a top of the line Sig Sauer P365 XMacro concealed carry holster.

    Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Path IWB Holster

    Awesome holster. Great fit and retention. It also is probably is hands down the most adjustable holster I’ve bought. You can adjust the claw to match clip angle for cant. So far wearing it for the short time I’ve had it comfort is great also. Time will tell durability but it seems durable in hand. Shipping was lighting fast.

    Perfect for EDC

    Absolutely love that I can use it with or without a belt. And that it has so many adjustments, I got it to easily sit with no printing. This PATH is my first iwb holster and I am so happy I didn’t have to try 10 different holsters to find the right on.

    I've been using CYA holsters since 2018. I like everything about them. The first one i bought was fir my glock 19x and now this one for my Sig p365 xmacro. They hold up well and are comfortable for IWB I carry appendix and I cant even tell im carrying some days. They also have a great warranty. If you've never tried them or are in the fence give them a try. If you don't like it you can just add it to the pile or drawer of holsters you don't like. I excepted there is no such thing as the perfect holster. But there are some thay are close for me this is one of them. Rounded us another good brand for me, but i really like CYA and would and do recommend them.

    Good IWB Holster

    holster is good to go except the claw… not really need to help conceal or keep gun’s grip from sticking out… it does interfere with getting a good grip on your gun before drawing… plus it makes gun less comfortable to carry… don’t really like the duel metal clip… single heavy duty clip would be more comfortable and easier to put on and take off

    The channel for the sights seems a bit extreme. With suppressor height sights there still is about a half inch of space that if reduced would allow the holster to be a bit smaller. Good holster though.
