    Not good positive retention

    I already have a holster for my 9 but this one does not have the same positive click that my 9 holster has. I will be returning it.

    Thank you for your support and feedback.
    If at all possible we would like to see if we can help resolve your issue you may be having with the shield 380 EZ holster.
    If it is not getting a positive click it may be a few things.
    With that particular model there is a performance center model that has a little extended barrel that wont allow the gun to seat in all the way. Which wont allow it to click into place.
    or it is possible that the holster received does not match what was ordered and you received incorrect model.
    Can you please reach back to us and maybe send some photos so we can see what holster is received and can you check to see if your gun model is the one with that performance center barrel that extends past the slide like 1/4"

    Belt clip holster

    So far so bad I’m extremely impressed with,. I like being able to adjust the tension for pistol removal.
